Kaizhen (Tang Wei) wears a MAC red lipstick, possibly Ruby Woo.
One of the first places we are introduced to in this show is Ego Death, a London bar with a prophetical name. It’s the place where the protagonist, Arabella, and her best friend Terry (Weruche Opia) often return to in an attempt to exorcise it as a negative symbol and find closure to the traumatic event the show opens with.
In this scene, Terry is retouching her make-up by applying a MAC lipstick in a nude shade.
There’s a MAC red lipstick in the dressing room where Arthur (Joaquin Phoenix) sits while waiting to perform at the Live! With Murray Franklin. I guess he used the same lipstick to write “Put on a happy face” on the mirror.
The lipstick Desna (Niecy Nash) wears in the opening scene of the episode is by MAC.
There are a MAC lipstick and IT Cosmetics CC+ cream by the washbasin in Nadine’s bathroom.
Thanks to Emily in the comments for the IT Cosmetics id.
Annalise (Viola Davis) puts on a red lipstick before going to work. It’s a MAC lipstick, even if the brand name has been covered with some silver tape. The shade could be Ruby Woo.
When Camille (Rachelle Vinberg) and her girlfriends go to a party, Kabrina (Kabrina Adams) dolls her up by applying a MAC lipstick in a vibrant purple shade, which I think is Heroine.
There are a MAC lipstick in a bright pink shade and a pump bottle of St. Ives Naturally Soothing body lotion in the dressing room of the stripper club where Claire works.
Thanks to my friend Jennifer for the lotion id.
Billy Bloom’s vanity is pretty busy with cosmetics and accessories. In the screencap above, the face powder situation is out of control: it’s basically everywhere on the table.
The center-stage position goes to a pink box contaning Velour lashes.
The round compact on the upper left is L’Oreal Visible Lift blush.
The perfume in the blue bottle is Avon Mesmerize For Her, a woody aromatic fragrance launched in 1992. Billy uses it all through the film.
The lipstick Vida Boheme (Patrick Swayze) is applying is by MAC (a tube from the 1980s).
