I love when actors share pictures of the fragrances they wear. Their choices are often unusual, especially when they select a fragrance for a specific role they’re playing. It’s the case of Toby Schmitz, who performed as Nikolai Triletsky in The Present, an adaptation of the play Platonov by Anton Čechov. Learning that he wore Oud Immortel by Byredo for this role came as a surprise: the 2010 eau de parfum has *prominent* notes of oud, pure wood, something appropriate for the pirate Jack Rackham, role Schmitz played on Black Sails. The actor pointed out that he wore another Byredo perfume in that case: the smoky and leathery Baudelaire.
When Trish pays Elaine a visit but the witch is not home, she sits at her vanity table and uses some of her make-up products. Among them, there are a couple of Baked blushes by Milani.
The lipsticks on Elaine’s dresser are Color Riche by L’Oreal, mostly in bright colours, but there’s a frosty nude, too.

There’s a bottle of Halston Z-14 in the bathroom Linus Larrabee (Harrison Ford) has in his office. This is a 1976 creation by Vincent Marcello and Max Gavarry with prominent spicy and leather notes.
Thanks to my friend Jennifer for the id.

There are several perfumes in the bedroom Bette Davis and Gary Merrill (Mark Valley) share: one – his – is St. Johns Bay Rum after-shave lotion.
On her dresser there are some bottles and two Oscar statuettes [1]. The tall ribbed bottle is Lanvin Eau de Lanvin Arpège 85°. This is a very accurate choice: I don’t know if Bette Davis wore Arpege in real life, but one of the most important roles she played in – Margo Channing in All About Eve (1950) by Joseph L. Mankiewicz – had two boule bottles of this perfume on her dresser.
[1] Davis won an Oscar in 1935 for her role in Dangerous (1935) by Alfred E. Green and one for Jezebel (1938) by William Wyler.
Elijah (Andrew Rannells) is having a shower. There are bottles of TRESemmé Moisture Rich Luxurious conditioner and Axe Just Soft conditioner on the small window by the shower.

Moreover, there’s Tigi Bed Head for Men Clean Up shampoo or conditioner bottle on the bathtub.
Joan Crawford’s beauty routine notoriously included using handfuls of ice cubes and witch hazel astringent to close the pores and reduce swelling and puffiness. The witch hazel shown here is by Dickinson’s.
The same routine was shown in Mommy Dearest (1981) by Frank Perry, starring Faye Dunaway as Crawford.
There are two boxes of Max Factor Pan Stik creamy foundation and a make-up brush on Joan Crawford’s dressing table. I think the brush is the long-hair finishing powder brush by Bésame Cosmetics: the gold handle is the same, but the brand name and the red flowers have been removed from it.
The kit of Joan Crawford’s make-up artist include several boxes of Max Factor Pan Stik creamy foundation.
The pressed powder on the left could be the famous Creme Puff by Max Factor, but no details are visible. Next to it there’s a gold tube of Bésame Cosmetics mascara and a beautiful gold vintage compact. The red round pot on the right is another Bésame product – the cream rouge in Crimson.
More Bésame products here: I’ve spotted other two round pots of cream rouge and a round pot of brightening powder. No details are shown, so it could be the Violet, the Vanilla or the Vanilla Rose one. On the table we see the pressed compact powder again, along with two gold bullet lipsticks (the one laying on the table is by Bésame) and a Bésame cake mascara with mirror compact.
