Marian Seldes’ Dressing Table (2007)
A spray bottle of Guerlain Mitsouko can be seen on the dressing table of Marian Seldes, the American actress who passed away yesterday. This beautiful portrait was taken by Rivka Katvan behind the scenes of Deuce, the Terrence McNally play which ran on Broadway in 2007.

Jada Pinkett Smith’s Dressing Table (2014)
Jada Pinkett Smith has just posted this picture on her Facebook account. She’s started her day at 5.30 am, lots of press events for Gotham ahead.
I’ve spotted a MAC lip liner, foundation sticks and lots of NARS compacts (plus a paper bag) on her dressing table. The foundation sticks are black and gold, so I’m not sure if they’re by Iman or Bobbi Brown, since the two packagings are practically the same.
There are also a couple of Becca compacts and Dermalogica antioxidant face mist.

Marc Almond’s Dressing Table (2014)
Marc Almond shared this picture of his dressing table some months ago. He was having sore throat issues, so there are some throat pastilles, too.
I can see UltraDex recalcifying and whitening toothpaste, No7 Beautiful Skin cleansing balm, Moroccanoil molding cream, Redken Wax Blast 10 styling hairspray and Vaseline Lip Therapy petroleum jelly balm.
Courtney Love’s Dressing Table (2014)
Courtney Love recently shared a picture of how her dressing table looked like during her Australian tour. “Fucking mess”, she commented, and the table is actually a mess.
I’ve able to spot a jar of Eve Lom cleanser (Courtney loves it), a Make Up For Ever Aqua Lip pencil and a Dior Contour lip pencil.

The content of Marilyn Monroe’s make-up drawer is displayed at the Max Factor Museum in Hollywood.
One card says: “Fearing blemishes, Marilyn washed her face fifteen times a day, frequently used Nivea moisturizer and thought her right side of her face was ‘her’ best side”.
Adriana Asti’s Dressing Table (2014)
How awesome is this? I’ve spotted Guerlain La petite robe noire perfume, L’Oreal Elnett Satin hairspray and Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Or on the dressing table of the great Italian actress Adriana Asti.
The picture was taken by Rocco Talucci at Caio Melisso Theatre in Spoleto during the 56th edition of Festival dei due mondi, where the actress performed in La voce umana (La voix humaine) and Il bell’indifferente (Le bel indifférent) by Jean Cocteau.
David Bowie’s Dressing Table (1973)
These pictures were taken by Mick Rock during David Bowie’s British tour in 1973. On his busy dressing table you can see a Dior houndstooth bottle.
My first thought went to the Diorissimo cologne, but the front label is not visible, so it’s impossible to say what perfume he wore. Plus, many Dior perfumes were marketed in the houndstooth bottle (some examples here).
