Winnie (Caroline Arapoglou) is a friend of Karen: they spend their time at the Hawkins community pool and share a passion for Billy, who’s working there as lifeguard. When he gets to the pool to start his shift, she checks her make-up on a Cover Girl compact.
The lipstick Desna (Niecy Nash) wears in the opening scene of the episode is by MAC.
Angel (Indya Moore) starts her modeling career as face of the Wet ‘n Wild spring 1990 collection. Her pictures are on the shop display and on products too! Even if the brand launched in 1979, the items seen in this episode are from current collections, not from the 1990s. From left to right there are:

Catherine Ortiz (Susan Pourfar) is getting ready for the presentation of Ashley Eternal, a holographic project to replace her niece, the rockstar Ashley O. The lipstick she’s applying is L’Oreal Color Riche Shine in Hot Irl, which is kind of ironic, since the episode deals with the opposition between real and virtual.
The most important ball of the year is about to start and Elektra (Dominique Jackson) retouches Blanca’s make-up by using Maybelline Great Lash mascara.
While pretending to be Faustus Blackwood’s Stepford wife, Zelda Spellman (Miranda Otto) sits at her vanity and puts lipstick on.
We know Miranda usually wears Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks and this time is not different, as shown by the rose gold fluted tube she’s holding. My guess is that she’s wearing Night Crimson, a plum red shade.
Technical Boy (Bruce Langley) is trying to summon Media and the goddess lures him to the windows of an Inglot shop. She doesn’t show herself but she speaks through the monitors in Times Square and through the flat screens in the shop window.
Strangely enough, the lipsticks appearing on the screen above are not by Inglot. As a matter of fact, the lipsticks of the Polish brand usually have a glossy black tube; the only lipsticks with metal and plastic tubes are from the Jennifer Lopez collection, but their shape is different from those seen on screen.
