Sweet Dreams is the name of a sleep-inducing secret weapon disguised as a lipstick. Peggy Carter applies it on a lipstick she’s already been wearing: now she’s ready to kiss her victim (Spider Raymond) and to make him temporarily unconscious.

Orange is the New Black S03E05 (Fake It Till You Fake It Some More)
Galina Reznikov’s nickname is Red, not without a reason: red hair, fingernails and lipsticks are her trademarks. Despite living in a prison, she uses a luxury lipstick, which happens to be from the Noir collection by Julie Hewett. Two are the possible shade options.
This is Femme Noir, a classic blue-based 30s scarlet red. It was worn by Lily Rabe as Sister Mary Eunice in American Horror Story: Asylum.
This is Rouge Noir, a 40s-inspired true movie-star red. Even if the two colours are quite similar, I think Femme Noir is the best guess, since it’s cooler and bluer than Rouge Noir.
Mr Selfridge S01E03
Valerie Maurel (Joséphine de la Baume) works for the American advertising agency J. Walter Thompson. Mr Selfridge asks her to give him advice on whether to sell make-up products on the store’s new beauty counters. She shows Mr Selfridge and department heads some make-up items, among which a yellow loose powder box. This is Houbigant Quelques Fleurs powder box, with the trademark flower basket on the lid. Houbigant was founded in Paris in 1775, but this specific face powder was released in the 1940s. The choice is historically inaccurate, but I must admit it’s convincing.
Nashville S03E19 (The Storm Has Just Begun)
Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) retouches her red lips with a Clinique Chubby Stick.
I’m a bit on the fence when it comes to identifying the exact shade used by Juliette: I do believe she’s applying it on top of a red lipstick, but it’s definitely a matching red colour.

It could be Heftiest Hibiscus (if it were the intense moisturizing lip colour balm) or Two Ton Tomato (if it were the moisturizing lip colour balm).
House of Cards S02E04
Scream Queens (2015)
In a promo for the upcoming tv series by Ryan Murphy, Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) puts on a MAC lipstick and uses a knife as a mirror. In the first picture the lipstick looks red, but the colour on Chanel’s lips is actually pink. It could be Pink Poodle, even if Chanel’s shade looks darker and a bit frostier.
Younger S01E05 (Girl Code)
Diana Trout (Miriam Shor) is a business woman with an expensive taste for clothes and fashion accessories (especially Louboutin shoes and Judith Leiber limited-edition bags); no wonder she uses high-end make-up products.

In this scene we can see her putting on Dior Rouge Dior lipstick in a red shade and using the mirror of a Dior compact.
The lipstick is a neutral/cool shade of red, so it could be Cannage, 999 or Rouge Massaï.
Homeland S01E02 (Grace)
Lynne Reed (Brianna Brown) is a consort of Prince Farid Bin Abbud (Amir Arison) of Saudi Arabia. In this episode, she’s in Washington D.C., interviewing young women for the Prince’s harem. This is just a disguise, because she’s actually a CIA informant. As such, she meets Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) at a spa. In this scene, you can see two beautiful Guerlain Meteorites Voyage compacts.
