Inside Madonna’s London Home, Filled With Wonderful Objects | Vogue (2026)

The love story between Madonna and Robert Piguet Fracas eau de parfum has been documented for decades. In a recent video by Vogue Italia, the artist shows some of the most important objects she keeps in her London house. Among them, there’s a bottle of Fracas, which she explains was the fragrance used by her mother, who passed away when Madonna was 5 years old.

The 1948 creation by Germaine Cellier makes Madonna smell like “gardenias and tuberose”.

When the camera moves around the marble bathroom, we can see other fragrances. Some of them were previously spotted in a 2022 selfie.

There’s a bottle of Diptyque Oyedo, a citrus eau de toilette created by Akiko Kamei and launched in 2000.

Next, there’s Matiere Premiere Crystal Saffron eau de parfum, a warm spicy fragrance by Aurélien Guichard launched in 2022.

The bottle half-hidden behind Crystal Saffron is Tom Ford Bitter Peach.

Another perfume traditionally connected to Madonna is Frédéric Malle Portrait of a Lady eau de parfum, created by Dominique Ropion and launched in 2010.

A blurry close-up shot of the perfume shelves shows us that there are other two Matiere Premiere fragrances in Madonna’s collection.

On the top shelf I can also see a bottle of Penhaligon’s Artemisia, a powdery fragrance launched in 2002.

Just above a tiled vanity there are two interesting bottles. The first is BeneFit BeneTint rose-tinted lip and cheek stain.

The other is a bit mysterious. It’s obviously a Chanel splash bottle, but it doesn’t contain the classic No. 5, judging by the blurry lettering on the front label. It could be a vintage bottle of Gardénia parfum, but it’s really hard to tell.
