Several bottles of hot pink nail polish by Orly can be seen in a perspex tray at Nail Artisan of Manatee Beach. I think the shade is Beach Cruiser, a fluorescent pink crème.
The pink glitter nail polish is by Kleancolor (the shade is likely to be Aurora). This nail polish has been previously seen in S01E06.
The manicurists at Nail Artisan of Manatee County use lots of Orly products. The screencap above features a display of the Velvet Dream collection (previously seen in S02E02) and some white bottles of GelFX gel nail lacquer.
In an intermission picture during the episode, rows of Essie and Orly nail polishes can be seen.
Zlata (Franka Potente) wants to get a manicure from Desna (Niecy Nash) and she brings her own nail polish, aptly called Russian Navy. This deep indigo shade is a classic by OPI.
Desna (Niecy Nash), Polly (Carrie Preston) and Brenda (Lusia Strus) are discussing the making of a commercial for Dr. Ken’s pain clinic. A display of Orly Velvet Dream collection (released in fall 2017) can be seen behind them.

At the end of the episode, the British gourmet opens the fridge and takes out a red nail polish, which she proceeds to apply.

The plot of this tv show takes a possible darker turn when Riva’s sons – Russian gangsters – are accused of being Roller’s killers. Riva (Andrea Sooch) has been Desna’s client for a while, so she tries to sort things out. How? By getting a manicure!
